Digital experiences to reinvigorate eBay's brand at their new Welcome Center
After spinning off PayPal, eBay needed a refreshed brand identity and a reimagined campus—a central place where employees could gather and feel the pulse of innovation happening across the company.
At ESI Design, I led UX for all digital experiences in the new “Main Street” space, including a data-driven Touch Wall, immersive LED Columns, and a 55-foot display in the Main Hall. I partnered with global teams to surface compelling internal data and oversaw the development of a custom API that brought real-time sales activity to life—turning abstract metrics into a tangible, shared experience.
We built a full-scale tech mock-up to conduct user tests with employees and executives. Based on their feedback, I collaborated with developers to implement improvements before the installation.
